The PRO LEX Investigation Agency , was born in 2009, at a time when the Romanian civil society, acutely felt the need for the existence of private structures that - independent of the similar ones of the state, to offer quality services, for the interest of individuals and private sector legal entities.

The activity of the PRO LEX Investigation Agency is carried out based on Law no. 31/1990 republished, regarding the commercial companies, a of the Law 329/2003 regarding the exercise of the detective profession, of H.G. no. 1666/2004, of Law 353/2004 and of the Operating License NO. 310.849/2009, issued by Ministry of Internal Affairs - General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police, in compliance with the following fundamental and inseparable criteria: legality; legitimacy; moral; confidentiality; discretion; promptness and professionalism.
